Med.TV Joins Wiki’s Mediterranean Expedition as Exclusive Media Partner
Med.TV has become the exclusive media partner for Help Save the Med, a major three year educational and environmental sailing initiative launching from Yacht Club de Monaco on May 4, 2026. At the heart of the project is Wiki’s Centennial Expedition, a 1,000 day and 22,000 nautical mile journey across 24 Mediterranean countries and territories, designed to promote environmental awareness, cultural preservation, and youth engagement.
Led by Emmy Award winning producer Tom Woods, the expedition will feature workshops, student programmes, and young filmmaker training across the region. Med TV will provide ongoing reports and original programming from ports across Southern Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, using its growing international distribution through platforms including Rakuten TV to bring the mission to audiences across approximately 200 million households.
